The Lion Rock Spirit Fellowship for Hong Kong journalists was launched today! This fellowship for study at the Reuters Institute of Journalism at Oxford was funded by Hong Kong journalist 張寶華 Sharon , who was herself a Fellow of the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at Oxford.
